Ok - this i s a great scam idea - however i doubt that many ppl will let another business access to their database of customers - after all - its the most important asset a business has - many bigger companies buy another smaller business for the database alone ....
As i say though - if they did - then thats a great thing - a qualified targeted list is worth huge amounts to us .
Privacy laws are very strict nowadays, so I guess there would have to be memoranda of understandings or something to "safeguard" the company's records.
