You dont have to be a bastard..

Simon Goodrich, Melbourne based online entrepreneur says:

"I dont realy believe you have to be a bastard to get ahead in business. Noone likes nasty people, but it can be nasty out there in the business world. I believe more in integrity - this helps you through the hard times. It's easy to be a bastard, but how can you sleep at night?"
